Please help give back to the community in which you live, work and play! Join Mayor Coleman, Keep Columbus Beautiful and partners for a neighborhood highway ramp clean-up on Saturday, March 27, 8:30am-1:00pm!
All participants will meet at Dodge Park at 8:30am the day of the clean up, where volunteers will gather to meet, eat, greet, and form their team assignments. After a brief warm up and greeting, teams will travel to their assigned ramp location and conduct their cleanup.
We are looking for Ramp Site supervisors, Team captains and general volunteers.
Ramp Site Supervisors will be responsible for executing the cleanup of the ramp site. Responsibilities include: providing teams their equipment, review of safety guidelines, gathering data and communication with launch site personnel.
Team Captains will be charged with recruiting team members and building their team size. Team captains may also serve as a Ramp Site supervisor. When registering indicate what role you would like to play by answering all follow-up questions.
General Volunteers- if you live nearby one of the ramp interchanges listed on the site document below and would like to join the sponsoring group at that ramp, please sign up now and select the location you're interested in. If your selection on the "drop down menu" is marked N/A meaning the site is filled, please inform KCB at 645-2421 and see what your options are.
All KickButtColumbus ramp site locations may be viewed on Google Maps by viewing the KickButtColumbus 2010 Site document found here. This document will be updated daily until all site locations have been adopted by groups competing in this year's event.

This event is open to the public! If you do not have a team affiliation we will assign you to a team.
All volunteers are required to view the safety video below. All supplies including trash bags, safety vests, pick-up sticks, site maps, liability forms, safety instructions and details on where trash bags will be collected shall be provided by Keep Columbus Beautiful. Volunteers may bring gloves, a leaf rake, and poncho in case of rain.

The Committee to Elect W. Carlton Weddington joins the OTENA Blockwatchers in adopting Interstate 670 Exit 6, ramps to Leonard Ave, Taylor Ave, and 5th Ave.
The latest group to join KickButtColumbus on March 27th is EMI - Environmental Management Inc who will be cleaning up Interstate 70 Exit 94, the ramps to Wilson Rd.
One more BIA group comes on board, Griffey Remodeling adopts SR 315 W North Broadway ramps. Griffey Remodeling won the golden ashtray award last year by picking up 21,581 cigarette butts!
Another BIA team, Renovations Unlimited adopt SR 315 Ackerman Rd ramps.
Two groups combine to adopt a ramp, Citizens for Stinziano and Friends of the Hilltop will focus on Interstate 70 Exit 95, the Hague Ave ramps.
OTENA makes a big commitment in adopting Interstate 70 Exit 102, exits to Olde Towne East neighborhood, Old Oaks Historic District and Driving Park.
The latest to come on board is The Columbus Fish Market who will adopt SR 315 Olentangy River Rd, exit to Olentangy River Rd at Goodale Blvd, leading to Grandview Heights, Harrison West, and Victorian Village; and also adopt SR 315 Kinnear Ave, exit to Olentangy River Rd, leading to Lennox mall, and the Tri-Village area.
Another group joins the KickButtColumbus effort, Stanley Steemer will adopt Interstate 71 Exit 117, exits to E. Dublin Granville Rd. Stanley Steemer will be joined by International Christian Center in cleaning up this ramp area.
One more group joins the coalition today, OTE Blockwatchers will adopt the Interstate 670 Exit 6, exits to Leonard Ave, 5th Ave and Taylor Ave.
The City of Columbus employees step up in a big way and adopt the following sites; the Department of Development will be at Interstate 71 Exit 115, the Department of Public Utilities will be at SR 315 Long St/Dublin Rd, the Division of Refuse Collection will be at SR 315 Broad St, the Department of Recreation and Parks will be at SR 315 W Town St, the Health Department will be at Interstate 71 Exit 109, and the Finance and Management Department will be at Interstate 70 Exit 107.
The BIA Remodelors Council team up with the Young Professionals of Columbus by adopting SR315 Lane Ave, exits to OSU campus and Upper Arlington.
Another company joins the KickButtColumbus coalition, GreenScapes Landscaping Company will adopt Interstate 670 Exit 9, exits for Cassady Ave, Stelzer Road, and Port Columbus.
Columbus Gives Back steps forward and adopts Interstate 70 Exit 98, Franklinton, Mound Street and Sullivant Avenue exits.
The Friends of St Jude make a big commitment by adopting two ramp sites Interstate 71 Exit 107, (Main Street to Downtown, Old Town East, and Nationwide Childrens Hospital), and SR 315 Henderson Rd exit/entrance ramps.
The Department of Technology, a City of Columbus team will join Friends of St Jude at the SR 315 Henderson Rd ramps.
Also the Department of Public Safety will combine with Friends of St Jude to cleanup at Interstate 71 Exit 107, the Main St and 18th St ramps.

The Northwest Civic Association will adopt SR 315 Bethel Road exit and entrance ramps!
The Central Ohio Restaurant Association will adopt Interstate 670 Exit 3, leading to the Arena District, Victorian Village, Short North, and Downtown Columbus.
MOST RECENT GROUPS ON BOARD WITH KICKBUTTCOLUMBUS!
Worly Plumbing will adopt Interstate 71 Exit 105, the ramps at Greenlawn Ave leading to German Village, Berliner Park, and Merion Village.
Renovations Unlimited will adopt SR 315 Ackerman Road, leading to West Campus and Olentangy River Road.
The Columbus Young Professionals Club will adopt the following ramp sites; Interstate 71 Exit 114 (E. North Broadway), Interstate 71 Exit 112 (Hudson St), Interstate 70 Exit 97 (W Broad St).
Blendon Gardens will adopt Interstate 71 Exit 113, the Weber Road exits for Clintonville and North Linden!
